Anywhere to buy bitcoin with a prepaid Visa/Mastercard these days?

I recently received 2x 100$ Visa Vanillagift prepaid cards and I want to buy btc with them. I am in the US. Is there any way I can buy btc (not p2p) and no ID verification online? I’ve heard of a website gocoinstream.com but idk if I can use prepaid cards or if theres any verification

I need to make a low value online (below $100) transaction where paying directly in BTC is not an option and only credit/debit/etc. cards are accepted. So I want to be able to fund a virtual card with BTC to do this. I'm okay with low limits as I don't intend to use it for general purchasing, but I don't want to have to verify a phone number, my name, address, driver's license or anything else. For such a transaction, what would be my best options?
I know on eGifter they sell Vanilla Visa gift cards that would meet my needs. But I'm not sure what the "activation" requirements for them are and I'm reluctant to buy one before knowing (as eGifter is vague, saying only that you can only redeem them if you're in the US (which I am) but not how you'll be expected to prove that). Anybody know?
